When you submit an enquiry or pricing request through our website, we collect:

  • Email address and telephone number
  • Site address and number of panels (where provided)
  • Any other information you choose to include in your message

We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) are retained for security and analytics purposes in accordance with our Google Analytics configuration.

2. Purpose of collection

We use the information you provide solely to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and provide a proposal
  • Schedule and deliver the service you have requested
  • Send you service-related communications (e.g., inspection date confirmation, report delivery)

We will not use your information for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent.

We retain your personal information for 24 months from the date of collection, or for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, whichever is longer. After this period, your information is securely deleted. If you become an active client, we retain information for the duration of the commercial relationship plus 24 months.
